If you don't have a great experience with any of the Kenko Back™ products, just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and you will be able to return the product for a full refund, provided it is within 30 days of delivery.
We're incredibly confident in the quality of our product. Unfortunately, on the odd occasion a product may damage during transit or arrive defective. If this is the case, please email us at email@example.com with proof of the defective product and we will provide a refund on the purchase. Emails for defective product must be sent within 30 days of delivery of the product.
How do I return something?
Our Returns Policy time-frame is 30 days from when an order arrives at your address. The buyer is responsible for returning the product/s to us for assessment, repair or exchange.
