I have been fighting chronic neck pain.... Where you wake up and have a head ache that is completely related to how you slept. I've tried just about everything and figured why the heck not..... Best decision. Sleep great, don't toss and turn trying to get comfortable and I can sleep any position comfortably.

I like this very much. I would love to love this, but it is not like crazy-awesome. To be honest, I wish that when I ordered, I had noticed there was the Pro model, I definitely would've ordered that. Although - it is possible, that since I have a small frame, my head would not fall into that hole - that is generally my problem with all these shaped pillows, that my neck is not long enough. But with this pillow that is not an issue. I don't notice anything crazy awesome, when I lay my head down, but it is nice. And my 11 y-o son sure does love this (and I give him hell for laying his smelly pre teen head on mom's pillow) - I'm thinking of ordering him one, too - or it would be even better, if Kenko made one in Kids' proportions. :)

Not going to lie, it took my neck a while to adjust to this pillow. It softens over time after the first couple of weeks, then is perfect.

I bought a new mattress last year and although I like it, my neck and shoulders were sore every morning. At first I thought my mattress was the problem, but the more I researched, the culprit was my pillow. My old contour pillows had lost their shape and could not support my head any more. Over the past year, I tried 5 different pillows - contours, memory foams, really expensive Tempur-pedic ones, you name it. They all made my neck sore. I needed a pillow that wouldn't be too high or too hard. I ordered this pillow because it was a reasonable price and the design looked interesting, although I didn't want to get my hopes up. After the first night, my neck wasn't sore. It still felt a little high so I took out the insert. That totally made a difference. The pillow is soft without feeling too flat. My neck and shoulders aren't sore any more. I'm so glad I can stop my search for a pillow.

I've been having chronic migraines since I was a preteen, and over the last year of really tracking with the Migraine Buddy app to learn about them, I've determined that my neck seems to be a common main factor in pain. Bought these pillows a month and a half ago, in hopes that I could stop waking up with migraines that last sometimes last for days. The adjustment period felt unnatural at first, but after a week or two, I was well adjusted and comfortable. Great pillows!

It seems like I’m buying or trying out new pillows once or twice every year, trying to find “the one,” and being pregnant now, finding the right one has been a really big chore. I tend to start off on my back when I go to bed, and then switch sides throughout the night, and I sometimes end up on my stomach, but now I’m limited to side sleeping, which is best in later pregnancy. I never felt like I got the right neck support with other pillows—I’d always just sink in and go flat or not get enough “sinkage” and couldn’t settle in—so the shape of this pillow seemed novel, and I figured it was worth a shot, even though it looked a bit flat and uncomfortable. Turns out, it’s actually really comfortable and it’s really helped me sleep better. The foam material has just enough firmness to hold its shape but it’s soft enough to sink into just enough.

Like many others, I have a closet full of different types of pillows. So when I started waking up with a neckache and headache, I never considered yet another pillow - I just assumed a doctor's appointment was eminent. I searched for remedies for my condition, and trying a new pillow was on the list. Okay, one more pillow - the last one. This particular one was on a list of top pillows for neck pain, so I ordered it.

I originally bought this pillow after constantly waking up with headaches and a sore neck and back from my previous down pillow. Like other reviewers have said, this takes a few days to get used to. Took me 3. Sleep was light those nights, but after that, I slept like a rock. I didn't have any pain or discomfort when waking at all, which is what got me to continue to use this until I got used to it. It's worth it, I promise.

Let me make this review simple: I have to buy another one because my wife tried it and it's gone permanently missing on her side of the bed. Seriously-- if you have a normal size body, and aren't unusually-shaped, this pillow will feel just right-- all night. I've always struggled to find a pillow that suits me, and after 40+ years, this one does it.

I had the worst neck pain for about a month. I got massages. I got one of those back-kneading things (which is fantastic btw), but still had extreme pain. I couldn't sleep. I couldn't get into any kind of comfortable position. Did some research, bought this pillow, figured it was a total crock because how can a pillow, of all things, alleviate neck pain? Holy crap. I've had it for 5 days, and my neck pain is gone. Completely gone. Doesn't matter if I sleep on my back or on my side. I wake up totally pain free.

I've used a cervical pillow for years, and it finally wore out. I bought this pillow hoping for similar relief from my chronic neck pain. I received it early this week, and feel compelled to write a review (something I never do). It certainly feels different than my old cervical pillow, and I wasn't sure I'd like it, but once I fall asleep I sleep for 6 hours straight! That's unheard of for me, as I usually toss and turn all night long.

I have a very tight muscle from stress and computer work that runs from the base of my skull straight down through my right shoulder blade and on a little further. Because I have Meniere's, it's vital I keep my neck muscles relaxed to keep pressure off my ears. I got this pillow and the next day most of the pain was gone, the muscles were noticably more relaxed. After second night, I'm fine!! Usually it takes a bit to get used to a new pillow. This was perfect for me on night one.

This pillow is a Godsend. I've been an obligate side-sleeper for nearly 2 decades now because of scoliosis in my spine, and my shoulders and neck would get so cramped up that I would wake up in the middle night in horrible pain. But after just one week of using this pillow, that pain has pretty much disappeared and I can feel my muscles getting looser, and I can now sleep through the entire night. One of the best purchases I've made my entire life!

The pillow is absolutely perfect. I like how the section in the middle is perfect for laying on my back and the sides are great for the side sleeping I typically do. I highly recommend!

This is by far the best pillow I have used before!!! I tried all kinds of pillows, kind that stuffed with small blocks or a whole pillow shape, but they all going to be loosen and not able to give enough support for neck. Thus pillow is just the perfect one, it has a special shape first placing the neck and the material used inside the pillow is just amazing!!!Ever since I used this pillow, I have never felt neck pain anyone. And it magically always stay the same shape, which is another good reason to buy!!!

It did not work for me but my husband LOVES it and he has back and neck issues as well. I think my only hope will be surgery so I wanted to update this pillow review to be fair to the company. Kenko Back has amazing customer service and reached out to make sure my needs were being met, they also offered a refund but my husband ended up loving it so I will keep it.

Great pillows! I started going to the chiropractor and they suggested neck support pillows. They are excellent! First you have to get used to them, but you will notice the difference of the support on your neck vs. traditional pillows immediately; I love the support all the way down to my shoulder! Traditional pillows promote bad posture as they are not meant for proper neck support and alignment while sleeping / laying down.

I have had neck pain for years and have tried a dozen pillows at various price points and construction. This pillow is better than ordinary pillows from a typical superstore. It didn’t magically relieve all my pain; however, it doesn’t make it worse. I have a small frame and sleep on my back. If the pillow was slightly less thick it would maybe suit me better.

I bought this pillow out of desperation after suffering with neck pain for years. I have had whiplash three times. I have to go to the chiropractor quite often to get my neck put back in. I would buy new pillows every month or so only to have them help the first night I used them. I would wake up with terrible headaches from lack of neck support. I bought this pillow and like the seller says, it does take a week or two for your posture to adjust. It has been worth it. I don't wake up with headaches anymore. I can sleep comfortably on my stomach, side or back and my neck is supported the whole time. If you suffer with neck pain I highly recommend this pillow!

I wasn't expecting to love this pillow, but my neck was hurting and I knew it was time to break up with unsupportive down pillow. The first couple days I thought I had made a big mistake, but then, magically I adjusted to the added support and now I am annoying every one in my family because I won't stop talking about how much I love this pillow and what a difference it has made. I used to wake up with knots in my shoulders and neck on a daily basis. I would toss and turn trying to sleep. I bought this, it is very thing so I didn't think that it would be comfortable at all, but it certainly has helped tremendously. I am a side sleeper and stick my arm underneath the pillow (reaching upward) so it's already an awkward position and it still helps. I don't wake up with knots anymore and wake up rested. Will recommend.

My husband was complaining of neck and shoulder pain and when I tried his pillow, I figured out exactly what the issue was - he was sleeping on a deflated (overpriced) marshmallow. Convinced him he needed more support, and bought this pillow for him. Gamechanger, legitimately. It cradles your head and doesn't let it flop side to side.

I think a pillow is a very subjective thing to rate, and each individual person will have a different opinion on pillows. I take most rating with a grain of salt for this reason, but I really felt compelled to write this review based on my experience. I sleep wearing a FitBit to track my sleep. I have very restless sleep, and I am always looking for ways to improve the quality of my sleep. The first night that I slept on this pillow, I got one of the best night's sleep that I had in years.

I have gone through several pillows over the last few years... all of which have left me feeling beaten up and stiff necked the following morning. It got to the point that I even tried sleeping without a pillow to see if that would help. Which is when I decided to order this pillow, and my only regret is that I didn't order it sooner!!!
